You can buy train tickets in the Entur app, at entur.no, at ticket machines and at staffed ticket counters at the station. In the app and at entur.no you can buy tickets for all train journeys in Norway, with no added fee.

How do I pay for the ticket?

You can pay with Vipps, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, Visa or Mastercard. The entire purchase is paid in a single transaction, also when you buy several tickets at once.

What happens if the train is delayed or cancelled?

Even though you buy the ticket through Entur, it is the train operator's own terms and travel guarantee that apply to the journey itself. The travel guarantee may, among other things, cover alternative transport. If you have a connection guarantee, you get a seat on the next available departure without buying a new ticket if you miss your transfer due to a delay or cancellation. You can request a refund via a form in the app and at entur.no. Customer service assists you when travelling with Vy, SJ Nord or Go-Ahead.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Yes, tickets that have not started and are still valid can generally be cancelled and refunded. If you buy in the app or at entur.no, you have a three-hour right of withdrawal from the time of purchase. The ticket must be cancelled before the train departs. You can cancel and refund in the app, by logging in at entur.no, or via Entur's customer centre and staffed ticket sales. Single tickets that have already started are not refunded. test
